VLIV, the managed rental housing brand by Experion (a part of AT Capital Group), has launched its first women-only co-living facility in Greater Noida. This purpose-built residence offers 730 twin-sharing beds and features a range of amenities centred on safety, comfort, and well-being. With a committed investment of $300 million, VLIV aims to build a structured, service-led rental housing ecosystem to meet the growing demand in India’s urban centres.

Speaking on the launch, BK Malagi, Vice Chairman of Experion, stated, “India’s rental housing has long been fragmented and inconsistent. India’s co-living sector is projected to grow from ₹4,000 crore in 2025 to ₹20,000 crore by 2030, with organised inventory expected to triple to nearly 1 million beds. The company has ambitious plans to scale to 20,000 beds in the coming years, with a long-term vision of expanding to 100,000 beds across India.
