Zomato CEO Buys Luxury Flat in Gurugram’s The Camellias

Zomato founder and CEO Deepinder Goyal has purchased a super-luxury apartment in DLF’s The Camellias in Gurugram for Rs 523 million. Spanning 10,813 square feet, the apartment includes five parking spaces and was acquired directly from developer DLF Limited in June 2022, with the conveyance deed executed on 17 March 2025.

Goyal paid Rs 36.6 million in stamp duty, according to documents accessed by real estate analytics firm Zapkey. Market sources now estimate the apartment’s current value to be well above Rs 1 billion.

Located in DLF Phase-5, The Camellias is known for its five-star amenities and has become one of the most prestigious residential addresses in the National Capital Region (NCR).

The high-profile residential project has also seen major deals including a Rs 1.9 billion penthouse purchase by Info-X CEO Rishi Parti in December 2024, and a Rs 950 million apartment acquisition by Smiti Agarwal, director at Wesbok Lifestyle, in January 2024.

Other notable residents include MakeMyTrip’s Deep Kalra, Den Networks’ Sameer Manchanda, and Assago Group’s Ashish Gurnani.

Goyal also owns a fleet of luxury vehicles including Lamborghini, Ferrari, Porsche, Aston Martin, and BMW models.
