Brigade REAP Inducts Four Startups Into 19th Cohort

Brigade REAP, India’s UrbanTech accelerator, has inducted four startups into its 19th cohort: CIRCATO, Schjinenn Digital, Candela and No Blink. CIRCATO has secured a funding deal of Rs 90 lakh on Shark Tank India at a valuation of Rs 9 crore. The startups were selected for their potential to address key challenges in the built environment. Brigade REAP will mentor them to scale operations, attract investment, and deliver measurable impact across the real estate and urban development ecosystem.
"The current combined valuation of Brigade REAP portfolio companies is estimated at around 1600 crores, with over 340 crores in portfolio fund raise. Having mentored 100 startups, generating a cumulative employment of more than 1200 jobs over the last decade, our focus will be to continue to be the catalyst for technological evolution within the real estate sector. By identifying and nurturing startups that solve deep-rooted industry pain points from sustainability to operational efficiency, we believe that we are not just accelerating individual companies but driving the entire sector toward a more tech-enabled and resilient future. Our goal is to enable promising startups transform traditional real estate practices into next-generation urban innovation," said Abhay Garg, Chief Mentor, Brigade REAP.
The cohort focuses on improving efficiency, safety, and circularity in real estate through innovation and scalable solutions.
CIRCATO manufactures construction panels from single-use plastic waste and has executed pilot deployments at Kempegowda International Airport and government buildings.
Schjinenn Digital offers AI-driven solutions for smart buildings, including sketch-to-3D digital twins, AR/VR visualisation, and training tools to improve operations and reduce costs.
Candela provides solutions to mitigate risks arising from utility price volatility and supply constraints, particularly relevant for high-energy-demand environments.
No Blink.ai develops radar- and vision-based sensors for fall detection and senior care monitoring, enabling real-time alerts and improved safety in residential spaces.
