Bry-Air Unveils P80x Dehumidifier with Next-Gen MOF Technology
The P80x is powered by the MIRACLE Next-Gen Rotor, based on Metal-Organic Frameworks (MOF) technology, representing a significant shift away from silica-gel desiccants that have dominated pharma dehumidification for more than three decades. MOF materials, known for their ultra-porous structures and precision molecular frameworks, have been recognised globally, with three scientists in the field awarded the Nobel Prize in Chemistry.
According to Bry-Air, the P80x outperforms conventional silica-gel systems with up to 25 per cent higher efficiency and substantially improved sustainability. Its lower regeneration temperature of 60°C–80°C—compared with the typical 120°C–140°C—enables more than 50 per cent energy savings while extending system life and reducing operational costs.
With this launch, Bry-Air reinforces its commitment to innovation that enhances pharmaceutical-production environments. The P80x is engineered to support stringent regulatory and compliance requirements while delivering superior performance, efficiency and reliability for the industry.
