HGS Named Leader In NelsonHall GenAI Evaluation

The recognition validates the company's ability to deliver immediate value and to serve as a future-ready partner under its Intelligent Experience strategy focused on measurable, repeatable outcomes. HGS said the placement reflects capability on both deliverable and forward-looking evaluation criteria.

HGS has developed a modular agentic AI enterprise platform, HGS Agent X, that integrates agent assist, anomaly detection, automated quality assurance and insights, conversational bots and agentic process automation to create tailored GenAI solutions and deliver return on investment. NelsonHall analysts noted that the company favours reengineering processes to avoid automating existing inefficiencies and emphasises rapid prototyping and co-creation supported by its AI lab, customer advisory board and data science team. The company maintains flexibility in model selection, evaluating multiple models to match each use case.

HGS has deployed an Interaction Intelligence solution for a major United States telecom provider to automate quality assurance and quality monitoring with human-in-the-loop controls. The automation enabled processing of up to 100 per cent of customer interactions across channels, compared with one per cent previously, and produced real-time insights, consistent evaluations and enterprise-scale visibility across conversations. Turnaround time for assessments fell to under 48 hours from more than seven days and automated solution accuracy exceeded 90 per cent, delivering clear, measurable outcomes and stronger operational control.
