HGS Opens Intelligent Experience Hub in Manila

Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS), a leading provider of digital experience, business process management (BPM), and digital media services, has opened a new Intelligent Experience Hub in Manila, Philippines. The expansion underscores the company’s long-term commitment to the region and enhances its ability to deliver technology-driven solutions to global clients. Located in Manila’s prime business district, the new hub consolidates HGS’ teams from across the city into a modern, collaborative workspace designed to support evolving business needs and new delivery models. The company plans to create more than 1,000 new jobs over the next 24 months in business services and digital transformation.

The new centre has an initial capacity of 1,500 seats, expandable to 3,000 employees in two shifts, and will serve clients with high-quality service delivery. With this addition, HGS now operates two facilities in Manila and four across the Philippines.

Part of the multi-billion-dollar Hinduja Group, HGS operates across nine countries with 18,472 employees and 33 delivery centres. For the year ending March 2025, the company reported total income of Rs 495.88 million (US$ 586.1 million).
