InnKey Joins Yanolja To Expand Hospitality Technology Reach

Yanolja has acquired InnKey, an India-based hospitality technology platform, through Yanolja Cloud Solution (YCS). The acquisition is designed to strengthen InnKey's presence in global enterprise hospitality markets, with a focus on the Middle East and Southeast Asia. InnKey currently supports more than 500 hotels across India through an integrated platform covering front office operations, food and beverage, procurement, financial accounting and guest engagement.

Viral Shah, founder and chief executive of InnKey, said that the company had been built to unify hotel operations on a single platform and to help operators manage increasing complexity as they scaled. He said that joining Yanolja would allow InnKey's technology to reach a broader global customer base and to support larger multi-property hotel groups across new markets. The statement framed the acquisition as a continuation of an existing partnership between the two firms.

InnKey's platform is used by hotel groups including The Fern Hotels & Resorts, Pride Hotels Group, The Orchid Hotel Group, Treat Hotels & Resorts and Accord Hotels & Resorts. The platform has also integrated with Marriott International systems to enable multi-property operations and centralised management. The companies said that current customers and ongoing projects would continue without disruption following the transaction.

The combined platform will seek to address operational challenges faced by hotel groups by offering centralised and integrated technology solutions across reservations, property management, procurement and guest engagement. Yanolja Cloud Solution will incorporate InnKey's modules into its enterprise cloud offerings to strengthen multi-property capabilities and interoperability with global reservation systems. The move aligns with a broader strategy to expand cloud-based hospitality services in targeted regional markets.

Both firms presented the deal as a strategic step to scale product reach and to improve operational efficiency for hotel operators. The integration is set to enable hotel groups to manage complex operations from a unified control layer while preserving existing customer support and implementation roadmaps.
