NIIT, a leading skills and talent development company, has announced the appointment of Harsh Kundra as Head of Technology for NIIT Digital. In this role, he will lead the company’s digital transformation initiatives and strengthen its technology and AI roadmap.

With over a decade of leadership experience in product engineering, enterprise architecture, and digital innovation, Harsh has held key roles at LEAD School, Jabong, Meritnation, and Hindustan Times. He also co-founded and led technology at two startups—Tolexo Online and a B2B eCommerce platform.

An alumnus of Carnegie Mellon University with a master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Harsh is known for building scalable platforms and driving transformation across ed-tech, e-commerce, media, and SaaS sectors.

His appointment supports NIIT’s strategic focus on expanding its outcome-driven skilling models and delivering future-ready digital learning solutions.

NIIT CEO Pankaj Jathar welcomed the addition, noting that Harsh’s experience aligns with the company’s mission to deliver scalable, tech-enabled learning for the future of work.
