R Systems has introduced GCC Copilot, an AI-enabled service designed to help mid-market and large enterprises rapidly build, scale and optimise Global Capability Centres (GCCs). The launch follows a threefold rise in global demand for structured GCC setups and comes alongside the company’s expansion into Mexico and enhancement of its Romania centre to better support customers across North America and Europe.

GCC Copilot is built on R Systems’ two decades of experience in establishing multi-model GCCs for SaaS scale-ups and Fortune 100 organisations worldwide. The proprietary framework combines AI assistance, automation-first operating models and product engineering expertise to accelerate the creation of high-impact, low-risk capability centres aligned to enterprise innovation goals.

The platform enables organisations to achieve early cost-benefit realisation through optimised hiring, lean governance and operational efficiencies. Digital teams are assembled from vetted engineering talent pools with a strong focus on intelligent automation and product-centric delivery, enabling faster time-to-market and up to 30 per cent cost reduction.

Globally, GCC adoption continues to accelerate. India is projected to host more than 2,400 GCCs by 2030, while Eastern Europe currently accounts for around 1,500 centres across countries including Romania, Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary. Mexico’s business process outsourcing market is expected to reach USD 5.93 billion by 2030, reinforcing its emergence as a key GCC destination.
