Samsung has recently launched its Business Experience Studio (BES) in Gurugram, strengthening its focus on AI-powered, connected B2B solutions for enterprises in India. The new studio builds on Samsung’s existing BES in Mumbai and is designed as an immersive destination for decision-makers to experience real-world business applications of AI-driven technologies.

Spanning around 6,700 sq ft, the BES brings together Samsung’s mobile devices, displays, healthcare equipment and smart solutions to demonstrate how enterprises can enhance productivity, efficiency and digital transformation through seamless interoperability and enterprise-grade security. The studio caters to sectors including education, hospitality, healthcare, retail, banking and startups.

The studio is organised into multiple experience zones. The Industry Solutions zone highlights sector-specific applications such as smart classrooms, AI-enabled retail displays including spatial signage, branch automation for banking, and AI-driven healthcare tools supporting diagnostics and patient communication.

The Unified Solutions zone demonstrates connected workspaces and hospitality environments through platforms such as SmartThings Pro and LYNK Cloud, along with advanced meeting room solutions, AI-enabled system air conditioners and enterprise security offerings under the Samsung Knox suite. Large-format display solutions, including The Wall, are also showcased for control rooms and industry-specific applications.

The AI Home and Immersive Experiences zone presents connected living and work-from-home scenarios, illustrating how AI and connectivity are shaping future lifestyles and entertainment.
