Schneider Electric Strengthens Partnership With ISRO

Schneider Electric has reaffirmed its partnership with the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) to support India’s space missions through advanced automation technology at the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota.
The French industrial technology company has been providing automation systems for ISRO’s launch vehicle and satellite operations for the past 15 years. This collaboration has contributed to landmark missions, including Chandrayaan-3, GSLV-F16, and other critical space endeavours.
Schneider Electric has deployed multiple automation systems across various applications at SDSC SHAR, establishing itself as a key technology partner for India’s space programme. Its solutions ensure seamless operations of ISRO’s launch and satellite missions.
“India’s space journey is a symbol of innovation, resilience, and global leadership, and we at Schneider Electric are honoured to be part of this remarkable mission,” said Deepak Sharma, Zone President for Greater India and MD & CEO of Schneider Electric India.
ISRO has achieved significant milestones in recent years, including the Mars Orbiter Mission and Chandrayaan lunar expeditions, cementing India’s position as a major player in global space exploration. The organisation continues to expand its satellite launch portfolio while pursuing ambitious interplanetary missions.
The partnership underscores Schneider Electric’s commitment to supporting mission-critical infrastructure in India’s growing space sector, as the country accelerates its space exploration ambitions.
