A total of 70,768 grievance cases were received through CPGRAMS in June 2025, with 63,135 cases successfully redressed. However, the overall pending grievances across States/UTs stood at 205,465 cases as of 30 June.

Additional key data from the report includes:
14. 58,502 new users registered on the CPGRAMS portal in June
15. Uttar Pradesh recorded the highest number of new registrations (9,589) and disposals (25,870)
16. Gujarat followed with 3,986 cases resolved
17. 23 States/UTs had more than 1,000 pending grievances at the end of the month
18. 5,880 grievances were filed through the Common Service Centres (CSCs) integrated with CPGRAMS

The report also covered the Feedback Call Centre initiative, which collected 68,132 responses in June, including 28,892 from States and UTs, helping assess service satisfaction and follow-ups.

Sevottam Scheme Progress
Under the Sevottam Scheme—a programme aimed at improving grievance redressal mechanisms and service quality—874 training sessions have been conducted since FY 2022–23, training approximately 29,250 officers.

System Enhancements
To enhance accountability, a dedicated Review Module was operationalised on 6 June 2025 for senior-level monitoring. In collaboration with ASCI Hyderabad, DARPG has also developed the Sevottam Guidelines 2025–26, including training content, curriculum, and adult learning strategies.
The June 2025 report highlights a monthly drop in grievance disposals—from 78,123 in May to 63,135 in June—signalling a need for reinforced capacity in handling rising public concerns.
