91Springboard, one of India’s leading workspace solutions providers, has launched two new hubs—its eighth in Mumbai and tenth in Gurugram—adding approximately 100,000 sq ft to its portfolio. Designed for Global Capability Centres, large enterprises, MSMEs and late-stage startups, both hubs will be operational by the next quarter.

The company has added 500,000 sq ft of space in CY2025 and plans to expand by a further 1 million sq ft by the end of the fiscal year. So far this year, 91Springboard has opened ten hubs and entered a new city with its first centre at Etica Malar, Chennai. Other recent launches include Corporate Avenue and Kalina in Mumbai, Baner in Pune, Prius Platinum in Saket (Delhi), Magnum Global Park, and Building 6, DLF Cyber City in Gurugram.

Strategic Expansion The two new hubs are located at Hiranandani Business Park, LightHall, Andheri East (Mumbai), spanning around 40,000 sq ft, and at DLF World Trade Park, Gurugram, covering 60,000 sq ft. Both centres feature premium managed suites and enterprise-grade facilities in Grade A buildings with strong connectivity, placing tenants in key commercial districts and high-growth innovation clusters.

Each workspace has been designed for agility and productivity, offering high-speed Wi-Fi, 24/7 security, valet parking, energy-efficient features, eco-friendly initiatives and dedicated zones for collaboration and focused work. Proximity to airports, highways, public transit, retail and hospitality hubs enhances convenience for fast-scaling teams.

The DLF World Trade Park hub, situated along the NH-48 corridor in Sector 30, sits within a Grade A business campus that hosts major technology and enterprise firms. It is roughly 15 km from Delhi International Airport and 2.5 km from HUDA City Centre Metro, with a dense ecosystem of malls, hotels, eateries and healthcare facilities nearby.

In Mumbai, the Hiranandani LightHall hub caters to businesses seeking premium work environments with seamless connectivity. Located within Hiranandani Business Park, it offers quick access to the Western Express Highway and Mumbai International Airport. The hub benefits from its proximity to Powai, a major commercial district. It is also well connected to Sakinaka Metro Station (1.3 km) and major railway stations within 5 km. The building follows green-building norms, including energy-efficient lighting and waste-management systems.
