AFCOM Holdings Limited (AFCOM), a key player in the air cargo transportation sector, has announced the launch of a new international cargo route to Hanoi, Vietnam, effective from 2 July 2025. This strategic move expands AFCOM’s international footprint and reaffirms its commitment to delivering seamless and efficient logistics solutions across Asia.
In conjunction with this expansion, AFCOM has entered into an interline agreement with VietJet, a leading Vietnamese airline. This collaboration is expected to provide integrated cargo connectivity between India, South Korea, Taiwan, and Hong Kong via Vietnam—enhancing end-to-end logistics capabilities for businesses across the region.
The new route aligns with AFCOM’s broader strategy of targeting fast-growing and high-potential trade corridors. South Korea and Taiwan have emerged as rapidly expanding lanes, while Hong Kong remains a crucial hub for cross-border e-commerce and high-value cargo imports into India.
Commenting on the development, Capt. Deepak Parasuraman, Chairman and Managing Director of AFCOM Holdings Limited, stated, “The launch of our Vietnam operations and interline agreement with VietJet marks a major milestone in AFCOM’s vision to build a highly connected and agile cargo network across Asia. Vietnam’s central location enables faster access to key trade routes such as South Korea, Taiwan, and Hong Kong—areas increasingly vital to global supply chains. We are focused on improving transit times, cross-border access, and delivering integrated solutions that support our customers’ evolving logistics needs.”
This expansion underlines AFCOM’s commitment to building a robust logistics network, strengthening regional ties, and offering reliable, efficient cargo services across Asia.
