Amit Shah Extends Statehood Day Greetings to Manipur, Meghalaya, Tripura

Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation Amit Shah recently extended Statehood Day greetings to the people of Manipur, Meghalaya and Tripura, highlighting their cultural richness, natural heritage and development journey.

In a series of messages shared on the X platform, Shri Shah described Manipur as a state blessed with a vibrant culture and talented people, noting that it has always been a source of pride for the nation. He expressed hope that the state would continue to scale new heights in the years ahead.

Extending wishes to Meghalaya, the Union Home Minister referred to the state as a rich biodiversity hotspot and a unique confluence of cultures and rituals, stating that it adds immense strength to India’s collective spirit. He wished the people of Meghalaya continued progress and new milestones in development.

Greeting the people of Tripura, Shri Shah said the state has touched new heights of development and established itself as a proud contributor to India’s growth. He expressed confidence that Tripura would continue to advance while fulfilling the aspirations of its people.
