Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited (ASPHL) has signed two hotel management agreements to develop Zone Connect by The Park properties in Ayodhya and Ujjain. The deals form part of ASPHL's strategy to expand on pilgrimage circuits and to serve modern travellers seeking design-led hospitality in culturally significant locations. The company said the moves reinforce its focus on markets with growing tourism demand.

Zone Connect by The Park, Ayodhya will have 56 rooms and will be near Ram Janmabhoomi, approximately four point nine km away, and Maharishi Valmiki International Airport, approximately six km away. Facilities will include an all-day dining Café C, a rooftop restaurant, Plunge swimming pool, Vitalia gym and a banquet hall suitable for social gatherings.

Zone Connect by The Park, Ujjain will offer 64 rooms and will be roughly seven km from Ujjain Railway Station and approximately eight km from the Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga Temple, with access to Devi Ahilya Bai Holkar Airport. The hotel will include Café C, Plunge swimming pool and fitness and wellness facilities to serve pilgrimage visitors.

Company executives said the signings expand the Zone by The Park portfolio into pilgrimage tourism and aim to deliver vibrant, contemporary stays aligned with local ethos.
