The filing also noted the contract value of Rs 701.8 mn aligns with the company’s strategy to expand operational footprint in frontier environments where technical capability is a differentiator. The nature of the order is engineering, procurement and construction mode with domestic awarding authority. The agreement signing has been intimated to the stock exchange in compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Part A, Clause 16 of the SEBI listing rules and the company requested that the record be taken.
