Ceinsys Tech Wins Rs 670.4 Million MP PMAY-U Manpower Contract

Ceinsys Tech gained after the company secured a Rs 670.4 million (mn) contract from the Directorate of Urban Administration and Development, Government of Madhya Pradesh, and the stock rose three point one five per cent to Rs 934.10. The contract was awarded for providing manpower services under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) Beneficiary Led Construction vertical. The order is set for a three-year period and is valued at Rs 670.4 million (mn).

Under the mandate, Ceinsys Tech will act as the selected manpower agency for implementation of the PMAY (Urban) BLC vertical across Madhya Pradesh. The contract was issued by a domestic government entity and covers state-wide deployment of manpower services to support beneficiary led construction activities. The company will be responsible for coordinating field teams and administrative support required for execution of the programme.

Ceinsys Tech stated that neither its promoters nor promoter group companies have any interest in the awarding authority and that the contract does not constitute a related-party transaction. The disclosure clarified that arm's-length pricing considerations are not applicable. The company described its core activities as enterprise geospatial and engineering services, the sale of software and power generation.

In financial results, consolidated net profit rose 70 per cent to Rs 371.7 million (mn) on a 19.9 per cent increase in revenue from operations to Rs 1.7071 billion (bn) in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026 compared with the year earlier period. Management commentary was summarised in regulatory filings and the contract is expected to be executed through the firm's existing service delivery channels. The award follows the firm's recent focus on public sector engagements and operational expansion in regional markets.
