Choice Secures Rs 1.4 Billion in New Project Mandates

Choice Consultancy Services Private Limited (CCSPL), the public sector consulting arm of Choice International Ltd., has secured new project mandates worth approximately Rs 1.4 billion (inclusive of GST) across multiple high-impact sectors. These include housing redevelopment, agriculture digitisation, MSME development, urban infrastructure, and water resource planning—cementing CCSPL’s role in driving India’s sustainable and inclusive growth trajectory.

Key Projects Awarded:

1. Slum Rehabilitation – Maharashtra (72 months)

In joint venture, CCSPL will serve as architectural and project management consultant for the Rajiv Gandhi Nagar redevelopment under MHADA’s Slum Rehabilitation Authority framework.

Project Value: Rs 626.6 million

2. PACS Computerisation – Odisha (20 months)

As system integrator, CCSPL will digitise 1,625 Primary Agricultural Credit Societies to enhance transparency and service delivery.

Project Value: Rs 280.4 million

3. MSME Development – Himachal Pradesh & Rajasthan (24 months)

Under NABCONS’ guidance, CCSPL will conduct awareness programmes, cluster development, marketing and branding for SHGs and rural enterprises under the RAMP scheme.

Project Value: Rs 289.1 million

4. New Chandrapur City Development – Maharashtra (84 months)

CCSPL will undertake feasibility studies, bid advisory, and project management services for the urban planning and infrastructure development of Chandrapur city.

Project Value: Rs 61.4 million

5. Yamuna Water Transfer DPR – Rajasthan (6 months)

Preparation of a detailed project report for transferring Yamuna water to arid regions of Rajasthan through underground pipelines.

Project Value: Rs 89 million

6. Indira Gandhi Nahar Project – Rajasthan (18 months)

CCSPL will serve as engineering management consultant under the RWSRP initiative supported by the New Development Bank, focusing on canal rehabilitation and climate-resilient agriculture.

Project Value: Rs 31.5 million

7. Water Resource Projects – Rajasthan (6–12 months)

These include river rejuvenation (Sabi, Jojari), dam restoration (Kanota–Chandlai–Nevta), and stormwater management in Bharatpur and Deeg.

Project Value: Rs 54.9 million.
