CNH India Earns Great Place To Work Certification for 8th Year
CNH India has been recognised as a Great Place To Work® Certified™ organisation for the eighth consecutive year for 2026–2027, reinforcing its focus on building an inclusive, high-trust and people-centric workplace. The certification reflects strong employee engagement, with 93% participation in the assessment and an overall score of 84%.
The Great Place To Work® assessment is based on direct employee feedback and evaluates workplace culture and employee experience. The latest recognition highlights CNH India’s continued efforts towards strengthening collaboration, trust, recognition and professional growth opportunities for employees.
The recognition comes amid strong business momentum for CNH India, with New Holland emerging as one of the fastest-growing tractor brands in the country. The company’s Crop Solutions, Construction and Financial Services businesses are also witnessing growth, supported by continued investments in India as an independent region.
