Consertus acquires Laceco to expand MENA presence

Consertus, Inc., bacConsertus, Inc., backed by RTC Partners, has acquired Beirut-based Laceco, an architecture, engineering and planning consultancy founded in 1988. The move strengthens Consertus’ footprint across the Middle East and North Africa.
Laceco employs over 150 professionals with offices across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Lebanon, Jordan and Oman. The firm has delivered projects exceeding $22.5 billion for more than 100 clients, including NEOM Construction Villages, Al Mamsha and Abdali Mall.
The acquisition enhances Consertus’ integrated capabilities across urban development, infrastructure, energy and environmental sectors. Laceco brings multidisciplinary expertise spanning planning, design, engineering and construction management, supported by BIM-enabled workflows and cloud-based tools.
