Dhabriya Polywood has informed the stock exchange that it has received a work order and letter of intent from Godrej Properties for external facade works for a project in the Delhi NCR region. The contract value is Rs 47.8 million (mn) including GST, with million abbreviated to mn on first mention. The disclosure was filed with the exchange under applicable listing regulations.

The filing under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements states that the scope comprises external facade works to be carried out in phases. The company said the order is domestic in nature and will be executed over a period of 12 months in various tranches as per the terms of the order. An annexure accompanying the notice sets out the salient contractual terms.

The company further disclosed that the order is not a related party transaction and that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in the entity that awarded the contract. The announcement identified Godrej Properties Limited as the counterparty and described the engagement as a standard contracting assignment for facade execution. Dhabriya Polywood, which operates from its registered office in Jaipur and trades under the brand Polywood Windows & Doors since 1992, will proceed to mobilise resources for implementation.

The contract will be implemented through scheduled tranches with execution and invoicing aligned to project milestones and revenue recognised in line with performance under the agreed terms. The company submitted the intimation through its company secretary and compliance officer and requested that the exchange take the disclosure on record. The announcement represents an addition to the company's order book and reflects continuing activity in the building materials and fenestration sector.
