Specialty chemicals leader Dorf Ketal Chemicals India has recently completed the acquisition of Impact Fluid Solutions, a Texas-based provider of downhole fluid additives utilized in various industrial drilling applications. This strategic move is aimed at enhancing Dorf Ketal's portfolio of solutions for the oil and gas production sector.

Impact Fluid Solutions, headquartered in Texas, achieved a turnover of $60 million in 2023, showcasing its robust presence and performance in the industry. The acquisition, pending regulatory approvals, underscores Dorf Ketal's commitment to enhancing its Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) performance.
