Exicom Tele-Systems Limited has launched Harmony Direct 2.0, a next-generation direct current (DC) fast charger powered by India’s first indigenous charger operating system, Harmony OS. This strategic rollout marks a major milestone in advancing electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure with a focus on reliability, cost-efficiency, and user convenience.

Unveiled at Exicom’s industry event titled “Two Point Zero,” the charger features artificial intelligence-enabled diagnostics, dynamic load sharing, and Harmony Connect for remote management. These innovations minimise downtime, optimise energy use, and enhance scalability for charge point operators.

Harmony Direct Two Point Zero enables intelligent power handling through Harmony Net technology, allowing real-time sharing across multiple units. It includes multi-stack charging logic, sensor-based diagnostics, and an ergonomic design, making it practical for both fleet operators and individual users.

The system offers a smartphone-like interface and is designed to overcome key adoption hurdles with unmatched infrastructure robustness. As India pushes toward ambitious EV goals, Exicom’s new product strengthens its position as a leader in sustainable transport infrastructure.
