GMR School of Aviation, GMR Aero Academy, and the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to address the increasing demand for specialised training and education in the aviation industry. 

This partnership will focus on developing joint programs, including diplomas, degrees, credit transfer programs, and specialised courses in key areas such as aviation safety, security, operations, cargo management, and customer experience. The aim is to equip both students and professionals with the skills required to excel in the evolving aviation sector. 

Combining the expertise of all three institutions, this initiative will provide cutting-edge educational solutions and emphasise the design and delivery of bachelor’s and master’s programs in aircraft maintenance engineering. Additionally, the collaboration will offer internships and placement opportunities for students. 

The partnership will also foster innovation, enhance aviation safety, promote sustainability, and support the adoption of emerging technologies within the industry.
