Gravita India Limited informed on 25 February 2026 that it has increased the production capacity of its existing lead recycling unit at Mundra in Gujarat. The company reported that the capacity increase for lead recycling amounted to 80,300 MTPA, bringing the unit's total capacity to 145,100 MTPA. The company made an investment of Rs 490 mn for the procurement and commissioning of the recycling plant, funded from internal accruals.
