GRE Renew Enertech Secures Rs two point two four bn Orders And 100 MWp Portfolio

GRE Renew Enertech Limited reported new contract wins that have built a consolidated order book of approximately Rs two point two four bn and have taken installed capacity past 100 megawatt-peak (MWp). The Gujarat-based company is developing projects under the Renewable Energy Service Company, RESCO, or OPEX, model while also executing engineering, procurement and construction, EPC, work. The mix includes utility-scale and captive assignments.

The company said it has installed around 75 MWp of projects and commissioned a seven point two MW (AC)/nine point six seven eight MW (DC) ground-mounted solar plant, an objective set out in its initial public offering completed in January 2026. On a consolidated basis GRE recorded a profit after tax of Rs 136 mn for the year ended 31 March 2026 and reported a three-year compound annual growth rate of 147 per cent.

GRE operates through both EPC, or CAPEX, and RESCO, or OPEX, models and derives revenue from turnkey project contracts as well as long-term power purchase agreements that provide recurring cash flows. The company said it will continue to prioritise domestically manufactured solar modules and inverters to support the local clean energy supply chain. The approach is intended to diversify revenue streams and sustain operations and maintenance commitments.

A key order was Rs one point seven five bn turnkey contract to deliver a 50 MW (AC)/65 MW (DC) utility-scale solar PV project in Maharashtra, which exceeds GRE’s consolidated revenue from operations of Rs one point two two nine bn for fiscal 2025-26. The company also won an additional Rs 177.5 mn solar EPC contract, taking its cumulative EPC order book to 75 MWp valued at Rs two point two four bn. The wins have accelerated its move into larger, higher-value projects.

Kamlesh Patel, the managing director, described the order wins as a milestone and said the active order book value had outpaced the prior year’s revenues, signalling customer confidence in GRE’s execution capabilities. He said the company would remain focused on building reliable clean energy infrastructure and driving sustained business growth for stakeholders.
