HAVER & BOECKER Marks 100 Years of Machinery with Global Celebration
At the second customer event in September, visitors experienced live demonstrations of HAVER & BOECKER’s advanced equipment, including the AMICUS® depalletizing robot, the RADIMAT-PATHFINDER® automation system, and a range of modern packing machines. Technology brands under the company showcased their solutions through interactive stands and product presentations.
An evening concert combined history and technology, featuring performances by the Northwest German Philharmonic Orchestra and AI-generated videos that revived the company’s founders, Carl Haver and Eduard Boecker, for a humorous dialogue on the company’s evolution. Managing Directors Niklas Haver and Florian and Fabian Festge shared insights into ongoing developments, highlighting HAVER & BOECKER’s optimistic approach to artificial intelligence.
The celebrations also included an open day for employees, families, and friends, drawing more than 4,000 visitors to explore 23 production stations and see the company’s Mission Control Centre and HAVER & BOECKER Institute in action. The atmosphere blended nostalgia with pride, underscoring the company’s long-standing culture of teamwork and innovation.
In a nod to tradition, employees participated in a classic car and motorcycle rally from Münster to Oelde, showcasing over 90 historic vehicles. The event reflected the strong bonds between generations of employees and customers — a hallmark of the company’s enduring success.
HAVER & BOECKER will conclude its centenary celebrations with a final customer event on December 3, offering another look at its latest technological innovations.
