The company provides opportunities for employees to move across business functions based on their interests and capabilities.
Its skilling and reskilling initiatives include classroom learning, mentoring, training by global experts, behavioural development programmes and technical training aimed at preparing employees for changing industrial requirements.
The company is also positioning core industries as career destinations for younger professionals, with opportunities spanning renewable energy, digital mining and circular economy practices.
