IEP Wins UAE Utilities Analyser Systems Contract

IEP Process Solutions, a subsidiary of the Centena Group, has recently secured a multi-million-dirham contract to supply advanced analyser systems for a strategic utilities project supporting industrial operations in Abu Dhabi.
The mandate strengthens the company’s position in the UAE’s energy and utilities sector, aligning with national goals focused on energy efficiency, industrial self-reliance and technological advancement. IEP will collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and seamless system integration.
As part of the scope, the company will design, engineer, manufacture and test six complete steam and water analysis systems (SWAS). These systems will monitor key parameters such as pH, conductivity, total organic carbon (TOC), sodium and silica, supported by comprehensive instrumentation, sample conditioning units and chiller systems.
IEP will also provide support for site testing and commissioning, ensuring a fully integrated solution. The systems are expected to enhance water quality management, improve process reliability and optimise operational efficiency within utilities infrastructure.
According to Anantha Narayanan, General Manager, IEP Process Solutions, the project reflects the UAE’s ongoing industrial growth and aligns with initiatives such as Operation 300bn and Abu Dhabi Economic Vision 2030. He highlighted the company’s engineering expertise and integration capabilities in delivering mission-critical solutions.
The analytical instrumentation market in the GCC is witnessing strong growth, with projections reaching approximately USD 1.65 billion by 2033. IEP’s solutions are supporting industries including oil and gas, chemicals, power and water by improving efficiency, reliability and environmental compliance.
Through this project, IEP continues to strengthen its presence in the UAE and GCC, contributing to sustainable industrial development and supporting the region’s Net Zero 2050 objectives.
