IKS Health Acquihires ThinkDTM To Expand Patient Access
Bedi and his team will lead expansion, scaling and transformation of the patient access solutions portfolio, including patient scheduling, registration, demographic capture, insurance eligibility verification and prior authorisations. The newly expanded group will focus on building and scaling differentiated patient access solutions, strengthening platform capabilities and driving forward looking innovation to enhance outcomes for healthcare providers and patients. The work is intended to reduce administrative burdens and improve the end to end care journey.
Senior leadership signalled that the addition of ThinkDTM’s specialists is critical as IKS Health increases investment in agentic AI and human in the loop expertise to support revenue optimisation and operational scale. IKS Health described the integration as a way to enable strategic partnerships that leverage innovative use of technology and create differentiated market opportunities. The company noted its Care Enablement platform integrates agentic AI workflows with human expertise to deliver smarter operations and financial sustainability.
