Interarch Expands PEB Manufacturing in AP and Uttarakhand

Interarch Building Solutions, a leader in turnkey pre-engineered and multi-storey steel building solutions, announced two key milestones in its manufacturing expansion: the commissioning of Phase 2 of its Andhra Pradesh Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) plant and a new state-of-the-art Box Column Line at its Kichha facility in Uttarakhand. The total investment for both projects stands at Rs 530 million, generating over 200 direct and indirect jobs and supporting regional industrial growth.

Phase 2 – Andhra Pradesh PEB Plant
The Andhra Pradesh facility in Athivaram Village, Nellore district, now operates as a fully integrated PEB plant with an installed capacity of 25,000 MT per annum (investment: Rs 320 million). Strategically located near industrial corridors and ports, it caters to high-growth sectors including Renewables, EVs, Semiconductors, e-commerce, warehousing, data centers, automotive, and infrastructure projects across South and West India.

Kichha Facility – Box Column Line, Uttarakhand
The new Box Column Line at Kichha expands production by 15,000 MT per annum (investment: Rs 210 million) and is equipped with automation and precision tooling for large-format box sections (up to 1500 x 1500 mm, 50 mm thick). These components provide superior torsional strength, corrosion resistance, and versatility, enabling faster, cost-effective solutions for multi-storey buildings, data centers, and complex steel structures.

Commenting on the developments, Arvind Nanda, MD, Interarch Building Solutions, said:
"Phase 2 of our AP plant marks a historic milestone, reinforcing our commitment to India’s next wave of industrial growth and strengthening our leadership in pre-engineered and multi-storey steel structures."

Gautam Suri, Whole Time Director, added:
"The new Box Column Line enhances our capabilities to deliver high-rise and large-scale steel structures efficiently and sustainably, meeting the growing demand across India."

With these expansions, Interarch continues to drive innovation, sustainability, and the Government’s ‘Make in India’ vision, operating multiple integrated facilities that combine design, engineering, and project management capabilities for diverse sectors.
