ITI Limited, India’s first public sector undertaking set up post-Independence and a telecom manufacturing pioneer, has secured contracts worth approximately Rs 880 million in Odisha and Chhattisgarh to support digital infrastructure and e-governance upgrades.

In Odisha, the Cuttack Development Authority has awarded two major contracts. The first, valued at Rs 540 million, covers the supply and installation of CCTV surveillance systems and traffic signal setups across Cuttack, including camera systems, analytics-enabled software, ANPR technology, and a five-year maintenance plan.

The second contract, worth Rs 230.5 million, involves deploying a GIS-based Land Intelligence Management System for the Bidanasi Development Project Area and CDA Plan Area using Ground Penetrating Radar for property mapping.

In Chhattisgarh, ITI Limited has secured a Rs 117.2 million contract from the Chhattisgarh Infotech Promotion Society (CHiPS) for WLAN/LAN infrastructure implementation and upgrades at the Mantralaya and HoD Bhawan in Nava Raipur.

ITI is also executing projects such as Maharashtra’s Aaple Sarkar Seva Kendra (ASSK) and a campus-wide Wi-Fi and LAN deployment at Sambalpur University in Odisha, underscoring its expanding national footprint in public IT infrastructure.
