Juniper Hotels Wins DDA Award For Dwarka Five Star Hotel

Juniper Hotels Limited (the Company) received a Letter of Award from the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on March two, 2026 after being declared successful bidder for licence rights to a land parcel measuring two point five two acres in Sector 23, Dwarka, New Delhi. The site has been allotted for development and operation of a five star hotel near Yashobhoomi India International Convention and Expo Centre and the Delhi International Airport. The LOA is valid for 12 months during which the lease agreement is expected to be executed and will be subject to the compliances in the tender document.

This strategic award strengthens the Company's presence in the National Capital Region (NCR) and underscores its commitment to asset ownership and large format hospitality in metropolitan markets. Juniper pursues a disciplined asset selection strategy focused on big box projects that deliver scale and efficiencies. With limited scope to expand at Aerocity, the Dwarka project is a natural phase of growth in the NCR.

Juniper operates Andaz Delhi in Aerocity with 401 rooms and 129 serviced apartments and has recorded sustained growth in Average Room Rate (ARR) supported by business travel and rising MICE activity. The Company also owns Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel and Residences, a 547 room and 120 serviced apartment development, and last year acquired a 235 room hotel at the international airport in Bangalore that is scheduled to commence operations in Q1 of FY27 with an additional 270 rooms planned for FY29. The Company will continue to seek large developments across metro cities in India.

The proposed five star hotel is expected to feature approximately 500 keys, food and beverage outlets, banqueting facilities and limited commercial space, which will raise the Company's total inventory in the NCR to over 1,000 keys. The project aligns with the Company's strategy to develop large scale big box assets and will proceed in line with the LOA and applicable compliances.
