K Raheja Corp has launched I-GROW, a learning and development initiative for individual contributors (ICs) across its businesses including Mindspace Business Parks, Chalet Hotels, Inorbit Malls and Raheja Homes.

In its first phase, the programme trained 200 professionals and will extend to 300 ICs next year across offices, sales teams, and project sites. Designed with Training Sideways, I-GROW develops skills in communication, accountability, collaboration, and time management.

Urvi Aradhya, CHRO, said the initiative empowers employees to take ownership and be future-ready, while Group Head of L&D, Jay Gokani, noted its workplace impact and sustainability through internal trainers.

The launch follows earlier initiatives like I-LEAD for managers, PowHER for women, and Pride Side for inclusivity, reflecting the group’s broader people-first approach.
