KEC International Secures New Orders Worth Rs 10,020 mn

KEC International Limited (KEC International), a global infrastructure engineering, procurement and construction major and a flagship company of the RPG Group, has secured new orders worth Rs. 10,020 million (mn), the company announced in Mumbai on February 24, 2026. The orders were received in the normal course of business and cover multiple verticals across domestic and international markets.

The transmission and distribution business won a composite contract for 220/132 kV transmission lines, substations and extra high voltage cabling in India and an additional contract for a 400 kV transmission line in an international market. The business also secured supply contracts for towers, hardware and poles in the Americas. These wins were recorded across project engineering, procurement and construction and supply segments and are expected to strengthen project pipelines.

The cables and conductors division secured orders for a range of cable and conductor supplies for domestic and overseas customers, enhancing the company's product mix. The managing director and chief executive officer said the new wins had significantly strengthened the T&D order book and had diversified the customer mix in India T&D, and noted that the year-to-date order intake stood at about Rs. 213,000 mn. The company indicated that these orders will contribute to execution schedules in the coming quarters.

KEC International operates in power transmission and distribution, civil, transportation, renewables, oil and gas pipelines and cables and conductors, with a footprint in more than 110 countries. The company described itself as a global engineering, procurement and construction major and said the orders would support its project pipeline and supply operations. RPG Enterprises, established in 1979, was reported to have a turnover of US$ 5.2 billion (bn) and a diversified portfolio spanning infrastructure, tyres, pharmaceuticals and information technology.
