Krystal Wins Rs 3.6 Billion Welfare Services Contract

Krystal Integrated Services Ltd (KISL) has secured a Rs 3.6 billion contract from the Commissionerate of Social Welfare, Pune, marking a major development in the company’s portfolio of public sector facility management services.

The contract spans five years and includes mechanised housekeeping and outsourced manpower services for a vast network of social welfare institutions across Maharashtra. These include hostels, residential schools, welfare homes, training institutes, and administrative offices.

In a statement, KISL underlined the critical impact of the agreement, noting that it will directly benefit thousands of individuals who depend on public welfare infrastructure for education, care, and shelter.

By deploying professional facility management practices, the company aims to raise standards in sanitation, maintenance, and support across these institutions, thereby improving daily living and learning conditions.

CEO Sanjay Dighe reaffirmed the company's commitment, stating:

“We are proud to serve the backbone of Maharashtra’s welfare system—its hostels, classrooms, and homes. Our role is to ensure a safe, dignified, and supportive environment for those who need it most.”

The Commissionerate oversees over 2,800 hostels, 93 residential schools, and 19 Scheduled Ashram Schools, among other facilities. The contract win reinforces Krystal’s position as a trusted service partner in government-supported social welfare initiatives.
