L&T Bags Major Building Projects in India and Oman

Larsen & Toubro’s Buildings & Factories (B&F) business has secured large orders valued between Rs 10 billion and Rs 25 billion across India and overseas.
In India, the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority has awarded contracts in Amaravati for key government and residential infrastructure. These include the design and construction of Towers 3 and 4 of the Integrated Andhra Pradesh State Secretariat & Head of Departments Offices, comprising basement + ground + 39 floors each and an additional amenities building.
Another major Amaravati contract involves building 21 residential towers. The scope includes RCC shell and core work, architectural finishes, electrical and plumbing systems, fire safety installations, HVAC, lifts, diesel generator sets, building security systems, internal roads, hardscaping, and landscaping.
In Mumbai, L&T has secured a contract from a reputed developer to construct two luxury residential towers of 1B+1G+5P+59 floors, reaching heights of up to 200 metres. The contract covers RCC shell and core construction.
Internationally, the B&F division of L&T Oman has received a repeat order from a prominent client for premium office towers in Muscat. The project involves constructing three identical G+8 floor towers above a two-level shared basement, connected by a landscaped central plaza. The scope includes civil and architectural works, MEP services, interior finishes for common areas, hardscaping, and landscaping.
These wins reinforce L&T’s strength in executing large-scale and high-end infrastructure projects across geographies.
