Labdhi Lifestyle Limited has announced an investment of around Rs 7 billion to develop a 225,000 square foot office complex in Mumbai, marking a strategic expansion in the city’s premium commercial real estate segment.

In a statement, the Mumbai-based real estate firm said it has launched “BKC Edge”, a high-end commercial development located in the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), one of India’s most sought-after business districts.

The company expects the project to generate revenue of more than Rs 10 billion from sales, reflecting strong demand for Grade A office spaces in prime urban locations. The development is positioned to cater to corporate occupiers and investors seeking premium commercial assets in Mumbai’s central business district.

The investment underscores Labdhi Lifestyle’s focus on expanding its commercial real estate portfolio and capitalising on sustained demand for quality office infrastructure in India’s leading financial hub.
