The repositioning is intended to capture higher-value demand in the Whitefield business district. The transition to the Keys Prima portfolio represents a strategic move up the value chain with enhanced design, more contemporary public spaces and elevated service standards. The repositioning seeks to strengthen the food and beverage and events proposition and to attract premium corporate travellers and large-format MICE and social demand.
