Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of two new upscale properties — Lemon Tree Premier, Ayodhya and Lemon Tree Premier, Guwahati — expanding its footprint across India’s growing hospitality markets.

Under Development Management and Licence Agreements signed between RJ Corp Limited and Lemon Tree Hotels, the two hotels will be developed by RJ Corp Limited using Lemon Tree’s technical expertise. Operations will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.

The Lemon Tree Premier, Ayodhya, located in the historic temple city, will feature around 300 rooms, along with a restaurant, banquet halls, meeting and conference spaces, and recreational facilities such as a swimming pool, spa, and other public amenities.

Similarly, the Lemon Tree Premier, Guwahati will comprise approximately 300 rooms and 50 serviced apartments equipped with kitchenettes. The property will also include a restaurant, banquet facilities, meeting spaces, and leisure amenities like a swimming pool and spa.

The expansion underscores Lemon Tree Hotels’ growth strategy in high-demand pilgrimage and business destinations, leveraging its partnership model with RJ Corp to scale efficiently while maintaining brand standards.

Once operational, both properties are expected to strengthen Lemon Tree’s premium portfolio, catering to rising domestic and international tourism in Uttar Pradesh and Assam.
