LTM and Uniphore to Scale Domain Specific AI for Enterprises
LTM will lead industry strategy, client implementation and AI led transformation while Uniphore will provide the technical foundation for building and fine tuning domain specific SLMs and agents. The companies also intend to deploy the platform within LTM's own operations to accelerate internal transformation and to shorten implementation timelines for clients. The approach is presented as aiming to balance precision, control and scalability for enterprise workloads.
The partnership will initially target banking, financial services and insurance, manufacturing and media and entertainment, co developing solutions for core workflows. Use cases identified include financial planning and analysis (FP&A), contract intelligence, outbound logistics, workforce transformation and contact centre operations. Solutions will be designed to integrate with existing enterprise systems and to operate under client governance frameworks.
The firms will jointly commercialise the offerings and pursue long term customer adoption through continuous development, delivery and refinement as they scale the products. Over time they plan to expand the approach to additional industries and processes and to adapt the models with further domain training. Collaboration is described as a sustained, iterative effort to turn enterprise data and knowledge into measurable business outcomes.
