LTTS Partners with Cognite to Accelerate Industrial AI Adoption
As part of their first joint project, the companies have begun working with a global top-10 oil and gas company to convert its manual mechanical-integrity process into a contextualised and scalable digital workflow. The system is intended to help engineers work more efficiently, identify risks faster and reduce the possibility of downtime and safety events. The project represents the partnership’s initial application of industrial data and engineering expertise.
The partnership will focus on deploying AI-powered industrial applications, digital twins, predictive maintenance solutions and operational intelligence platforms across asset-intensive enterprises. Cognite CEO Girish Rishi said the company’s expanding presence across industries would complement LTTS’s domain and engineering expertise. LTTS CEO and managing director Amit Chadha said the collaboration would combine engineering capabilities with AI-native industrial experiences and help customers move from pilot projects to production deployments.
The companies said the collaboration would support productivity, asset performance, operational resilience and business value. LTTS’s solutions will also be integrated with Cognite’s capabilities and the company’s EIOne platform to address complex industrial challenges.
LTTS’s board is scheduled to meet on 19 October 2026 to consider financial results for the quarter and half year ending 30 September 2026, along with an interim dividend.
