Malpani Pipes and Fittings Limited has received official certification from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) for the manufacturing of Pre-Lubricated (PLB) Duct Pipes—an essential component used in optical fibre cable network installations.

This certification marks a significant endorsement of the company’s production standards, enabling Malpani Pipes to become an authorised supplier for government-led telecommunications infrastructure projects. The company’s PLB duct pipes met BSNL’s stringent technical and quality criteria, showcasing its focus on engineering excellence and regulatory compliance.

Following the certification, the company has secured a major order for the supply of 242 kilometres of PLB Duct Pipes, to be fulfilled over a three-month period. The order is valued at approximately Rs 50 million and signals the company's official entry into India’s expanding telecom infrastructure sector, providing immediate revenue visibility from this new product line.
