Mangalam Global Enterprise Reports Strong FY26 Results

Mangalam Global Enterprise Limited (MGEL) reported audited consolidated results for the quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2026, showing substantial revenue and profit growth driven by diversified operations. The company posted consolidated total income of Rs 10,652.7 mn in the fourth quarter, an increase of 96 per cent from Rs 5,428.0 mn in the corresponding quarter of the prior year. Consolidated profit after tax for the quarter was Rs 124.8 mn, up 140 per cent from Rs 51.9 mn a year earlier.

For the full financial year MGEL recorded consolidated total income of Rs 34,007.1 mn for FY26, which represented growth of 48 per cent over Rs 23,029.1 mn in FY25. Consolidated profit after tax for FY26 was Rs 452.2 mn, up 96 per cent from Rs 231.0 mn in the prior year, underscoring improved operational efficiency and cost management. The company indicated that these results reflected integrated capabilities and progress on sustainability initiatives.

MGEL has moved into the direct-to-consumer wellness market with the launch of its Neat Everyday brand in 2025 and plans to establish 100 retail stores across India by March 2028 as part of its growth strategy. The brand offers natural, plant-based personal care and nutraceutical lines, including cold-pressed oils and vegan soft gel capsules, positioned on Ayurvedic principles supported by scientific validation. The company expects this initiative to diversify revenue streams, enhance brand visibility and align with its sustainability and responsible sourcing commitments.

The group operates four manufacturing plants in Gujarat and continues to focus on disciplined execution while pursuing long-term priorities in healthcare and wellness.
