MapmyIndia Reports Q3 Revenue Of Rs 937 mn

C.E. Info Systems Ltd (MapmyIndia) reported its financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025, announcing revenue from operations of Rs 937 million (mn) for the third quarter and Rs 3.291 billion (bn) for the nine months. Total income for the quarter was Rs 1,042 mn and Rs 3.637 bn for the nine months. Revenue for the quarter fell by 18.2 per cent year on year while nine months revenue grew by 2.9 per cent, the company said.

EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs 268 mn, with an EBITDA margin of 28.6 per cent compared with Rs 417 mn and 36.4 per cent in the same quarter last year. For the nine months, EBITDA was Rs 1.108 bn with a margin of 33.7 per cent, down from 38.2 per cent in the prior year period. Profit after tax for the quarter was Rs 188 mn, down 41.9 per cent year on year, while nine months PAT was Rs 831 mn, a decline of 15.7 per cent.

The company said its open order book rose to Rs 17.707 bn as of 31 December 2025 from Rs 15 bn as of 31 March 2025, providing long-term revenue visibility. The chairman indicated that the quarter's weakness reflected seasonality and significant investment in intellectual property for navigation software and high-definition maps and highlighted major contract wins and project implementations under way, expected to be completed in the fourth quarter. He expressed continued confidence that the guidance of a 35 per cent EBITDA margin for the full year would hold and that revenue growth would be stronger in the fourth quarter. The statutory auditors reported no financial impact from the basic labour code rules implemented in FY23 and no provision was required.
