Nat Habit has raised Rs 1.42 billion in an all-primary Series C funding round led by Trident Growth Partners. Existing investors Bertelsmann India Investments, Mirabilis Investment Trust and Sharrp Ventures participated, alongside new investors Physis Capital and Hero Family Office.
Founded in 2019 by Swagatika Das and Gaurav Agarwal, the personal care company reported annualised gross revenue of Rs 3.30 billion. Its portfolio spans hair care, skin care, body care and baby care, with the brand having served more than six million households across India.
Nat Habit combines Ayurvedic principles with modern science, supported by in-house research, formulation and manufacturing capabilities.
The company will use the capital to expand its product portfolio, scale distribution through quick commerce and offline retail, and extend its digital reach into Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities and other markets. It also plans to strengthen its formulation and manufacturing capabilities.
Atul Gupta, Managing Partner, Trident Growth Partners, said the investment would support organisational development and growth across online and offline channels.
Swagatika Das, Co-founder, Nat Habit, said the funding would help the company make its products accessible to more households while expanding its portfolio and distribution network.
