Nemetschek Explores Infrastructure Collaboration with MoRTH

A senior delegation from Germany-based Nemetschek Group recently met Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari to explore potential collaboration with the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH).

The delegation was led by Yves Padrines, CEO, Nemetschek Group, and included Sunil Pandita, CEO, ALLPLAN and CDO; Alok Sharma, Managing Director & Vice President – India; Deepti Khanna, Head – Business; and Sankar Pitta, Head – Marketing.

The discussions focused on the role of technology, digitalisation and global engineering expertise in supporting the planning and delivery of infrastructure projects in India.

The meeting also explored how digital approaches to project planning and execution could improve efficiency, coordination, quality and predictability as infrastructure projects become increasingly complex and interconnected.

Nemetschek Group operates in the architecture, engineering, construction and operations sector and provides digital solutions across the lifecycle of construction and infrastructure projects.

The discussions highlighted the potential for stronger collaboration between technology providers, engineering organisations, project owners, consultants, academia and other stakeholders in the construction ecosystem.

Nemetschek Group views India as a strategic market and has been expanding its engagement with the country’s architecture, engineering and construction ecosystem, including partnerships focused on digital construction skills and technologies.
