Nestoria Group Launches Dholera's First Three-Dimensional Construction

Nestoria Group has begun large scale three-dimensional printed housing in Dholera Smart City, marking what the company described as a historic step for the Indian building sector. Under conventional methods, projects often take several months and require extensive labour, staged implementation and material transport, but three-dimensional printing allows structures to be built in days through automated, precision driven systems. The technology deposits engineered concrete mixtures in successive layers to achieve uniformity, reduce manual error and limit on site waste. Faster delivery and lower resource intensity are said to make the approach economically attractive and easier to scale without sacrificing quality or design flexibility.

The engineered outcome includes smooth walls, improved crack resistance and enhanced structural strength while precision control ensures consistency across units. Material optimisation reduces construction waste significantly and simplified site operations are reported to lower the overall carbon footprint of development activity.
