Newgen Software Technologies has announced that its wholly owned UK subsidiary has entered into an agreement with Just Retirement Management Services for a document management system and related services. The contract has an aggregate value of GBP 1.63 mn and was awarded by the customer’s UK entity.

The scope covers Newgen’s Enterprise Content Management OmniDocs platform and Customer Communications Management platform, OmniOMS. It also includes implementation services, software licences, cloud hosting, managed cloud services, maintenance and support.

The agreement is scheduled to be executed over 3.5 years. Newgen said the contract’s value is equivalent to Rs. 205.1 mn, based on the conversion disclosed in its regulatory filing and an exchange rate of Rs. 125.85 for one GBP.

The transaction is classified as an international order, with the counterparty incorporated in England and Wales, United Kingdom. The filing stated that the promoter, promoter group and group companies have no interest in the entity awarding the contract.

Newgen also confirmed that the transaction does not fall within the definition of a related-party transaction under the Companies Act, 2013. The material event was reported to the stock exchanges on 16 October 2026 at 1:30 am Indian Standard Time under the disclosure requirements of the Securities and Exchange Board of India.

The agreement adds to Newgen’s international business through a multi-year engagement combining software deployment and recurring cloud-based support services. The company disclosed the contract through filings with BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India.
